How to upload torrent?

How to upload torrent?
Please help

1) Click on upload under the Main Menu on the left hand side of the web page.
  2) Fill in all the requested information: Choose the torrent file, pick the category, type in the name of the File, Put a good description of what you are uploading, and input the image code.   
3) Click the send button at the bottom of the screen.

I looked at your profile and I see you are a new member.  Have you received a validation email and if so did you follow through?  I think until you are validated you will be unable to upload.

Hi, I'm also a new member and I'm trying to upload. I have already recived the validation email and also followed through.
I created a torrent file with Transmission and tried to upload and recived an automatic response of somithing like "error empty announce".
This is the first time ever I've tried to create a torrent file and upload it, so I do bealive I must have done somthing wrong.
Please help.
