The trinity desktop environment (TDE):

The TDE project began as a continuation of the K Desktop Environment (KDE) version 3. The name Trinity was chosen partly because the word means "three" and TDE was a continuation of KDE 3. TDE now is its own computer desktop environment project.

This is a bit like MATE/GNOME3 type of fork for KDE.
If you think that KDE3 was the peak for KDE, that KDE4/5 are over engineered and feel nostalgic, you should definitely try this iso.

This particular iso, is ubuntu LiveCD/Installer 16.04 64bits with standard trinity on top.
