... I updated the PCLinuxOS kernels to:  

kernel-5.4.138-pclos1-1-1pclos2021 (LTS)  
kernel-5.10.56-pclos1-1-1pclos2021 (LTS)  
kernel-5.13.8-pclos1-1-1pclos2021 (Current)  

Web Browsers:  
vivaldi-stable-4.1.2369.15-1pclos2021  
opera-stable-78.0.4093.112-1pclos2021  

Mesa GL drivers were updated to 21.2.0 which required LLVM to be updated to 12.0.1 which then required Clang to be updated to 12.0.1. Dang! LLVM and Clang is complicated code to compile. Then I had to rebuild some packages against the new LLVM and Clang. Not fun! I also noticed Mesa now includes a new i830 dri driver which I think can be used with newer Intel GPUs. Not sure what it does to be honest.  

I finished up with updating:  
blender-2.93.2-1pclos2021  
signal-desktop-5.12.2-1pclos2021 (Pinoc on holiday)  

And updating/uploading the August MATE ISO to the host to get mirrored.
