Prepare a live environment and installer for the Japanese version of Manjaro Linux (https://manjaro.org/ ).
Specifically

1.Standard installation of Japanese input (fcitx5-mozc)
2.Standard installation of Japanese fonts (including pictograms)
3.Enable Japanese input and display in the live environment.
Enable Japanese input and display in a live environment, even when booting from a USB memory stick or other device.
4.The kernel is 5.17 series.
5.Vivaldi(https://vivaldi.com/ ) will be used as the standard browser.
