First of all a big THANK YOU to all providing feedback, the KDE FullMonty (FM) edition 2016.03 is now available.  

You can download the FullMonty-iso directly from the following locations  http://www.pclinuxos.com/get-pclinuxos/the-full-monty-desktop/  
Please use a download manager with multi-thread and resume capability, like filezilla, wxdfast, krusader, etc.!

Remarks:  
A) For installation from usb sticks:  
1. Make this image hybrid:

isohybrid -u pclinuxos64-kde-fullmonty-2016.03.iso  

2. Copy to USB stick:

dd bs=4M if=pclinuxos64-kde-fullmonty-2016.03.iso of=/dev/sdX status=progress && sync  

Special device – pendrive –  /dev/sdX – without any number.  

B) low or missing speaker volume:  
click the speaker-icon at the bottom right of the panel, then on Mixer, and raise the volume sliders.  

C) During HD-installation:  
you must choose "custom disk partitioning" and create a (/)-partition of at least 25 GB and a Swap partition of at least 1 GB..
