Trinity Mini November 2021 release

The November 2021 release of the Community PClinuxOS TDE Mini is ready for download.  

- kernel 5.14.18  
- Trinity DE R14.0.11;  
- PulseAudio support;  
- zstd compressed ISO;  
- UEFI live boot enabled, secure boot not supported;  
- fully updated as of 16 Nov 2021;  
- size: 1.7 GB.  

The release is based on the excellent 2021.11 Darkstar release.  

Included dark themes: TDE-Dark and Arc-Darkest for TDE, Qt5 and GTK2/3. Since the Trinity developers have added the deKorator window decoration, an Oxygen-like appearance is possible.

PS1.  
From now on, all Mini releases will include the Networkmanager, so the -nm addition to the ISO name has been removed.
