All dkms drivers build against this kernel that are in the software repository except for the dkms-rtl8821cu.  

Virtualbox works with this kernel.  
mylivecd can create a bootable iso with this kernel.  

This kernel will appear in the test section in a few hours.  

Bonus: pclinuxos64-kde5-darkstar-test-2019.07.iso Featuring the 5.2.1 kernel. Pulseaudio 12.99.1, and some minor changes to mylivecd and draklive-install.  get pclinuxos is included now so users can find and download the latest official and community releases.
