Complete list of modifications

• Removed all language packs besides English and German
• Change the standard language to German
• Removed Thunderbird
• Installed Skype
• Installed x11vnc
• Applied LD_PRELOAD trick suggested for Logitech Quickcam Communicate STX at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SkypeWebCams
  
• Removed pulseaudio to consume less computer resources during Skype calls (may have broken Audio for some other apps)
