The Elive Team is proud to announce the release of the beta version 2.6.10
This new version includes:

    Lots of improvements and bugfixes in Enlightenment 17, more exactly 87 commits are backported
    Shadows for the windows are much more improved giving a deeper and three dimensional feeling for the focused window as you can see here
    Important bug fixed for computers that has a broken battery that will not shutdown anymore after to reach the desktop, on which the power management widget detected the remaining percentage to be zero and triggered then the shutdown
