Lightweight, but not frugal- Zenix uses as little as 60 mb of RAM but includes applications such as VLC, icecat, midori, audacious, bluefish, gedit, and xchat.

Security - Zenix includes an active firewall (iptables configured with GUFW), psad, and fwsnort.

Compatibility - Zenix uses the standard Debian repositories.

Community - We would like to continue the tradition of a Linux \"Buddhist Edition\". This is achieved primarily via themes and the inclusion of Buddhist links on the Zenix Website. The Buddhist content is \"soft\" and for non-Buddhists should be non-intrusive.
