Achoo! Works with you to produce a fast installation of Arch Linux with a desktop environment and a greeter. You enter a minimum of data at the start, then it runs on the fast track to install Arch with no further intervention, ready for you to customize.
Burn the achoo.iso image to a cd or usb memory, or load it into Virtualbox, then just run it.
