It is easier and more reliable than most Linux distributions, with hundreds of improvements, tweaks and additional software. There are powerful applications for all sorts of interests, from programming to creating music and exploring the universe and video games. It has the Ubuntu Netbook desktop (not Unity) and also gnome classic.
