GPartEd (http://gparted.org/index.php) is an app for managing Linux, Windows, or Mac OS-X disk partitions and file-systems without data loss.
GPartEd Live (http://gparted.org/livecd.php) is a small boot-able system management toolset for x86 computers. It can be installed on CD, USB, PXE server, or Hard Disk.
This release (http://gparted.org/news.php?item=174) includes a number of improvements:
Fix partition size less than ext2/3/4, ntfs, reiserfs file system (minimum)
Prevent crash when creating new partition on disk with loop label
Fix default partition table can not handle > 2 TiB disks
Add BitLocker disk encryption detection
i486 version is for x86 and x86-64 computers
uses up to 4Gb addressing (PAE - Physical Address Extension - not required)
on only one processor.
