Peropesis is a lightweight, minimalist, command-line-based Linux operating system. It is a free operating system built from free software, mostly distributed under the GNU GPL or BSD licenses. The Peropesis project includes the operating system itself and this website, which provides basic information about the operating system.
Peropesis is compatible with 86_64-bit architecture processors, BIOS and UEFI motherboards. The system user interface is a command line interpreter - Bash. This interface is adapted to different languages and regions.
The system supports two methods of connecting to the Internet. The Peropesis distribution includes several text editors, archiver, compressors, file transport tools, GNU C and C++ compilers, several programming languages, and other tools that enable the development of new software.
