The newest distro derived from SUSE got canned into a VMware appliance of openSUSE 11.4 (http://www.trendsigma.net/vmware/opensuse114.html). VMware appliances need the free VMware Player (http://www.trendsigma.net/vmware/vmwareplayer.html) to be run. This thing is fine for testing a Linux distribution without the need of dual boot installations etc. Just run the VMware image in a window of your host system.
