MRWHPT: My Subject summarizes the problem (this torrent not downloading at all for me).

MRWHQ2: This is 1st time here & trying this. I did http://www.pclinuxos.com/get-pclinuxos/the-full-monty-desktop/ saying "Torrent KDE64 FullMonty"; click that & get http://linuxtracker.org/?page=torrent-details&id=12e2c91e780a31a94758022322efe837af6bb4b1 saying "pclinuxos64-kde-fullmonty-2013.08" ; click that & get (after several clicks) http://linuxtracker.org/download.php?id=12e2c91e780a31a94758022322efe837af6bb4b1&f=pclinuxos64-kde-fullmonty-2013.08.torrent&key=6c2d037a ; run this in qBittorrent v3.0.11 (latest) running on Win7 with latest updates; but it always displays "pclinuxos64-kde-fullmonty-2013.08 4.0 GiB 0.0% Stalled Seeders:0 Peers:0  "; note "LibreOffice_4.1.0_Win_x86.msi downloads no problem" so I don't think it's an issue on my end. Tried this a 2nd time (internal note MRWCMV) and got exact same results.

MRWHQF: So how download this via Peer to Peer? And has anyone done it? (I see no reply posts here. Though I do see a few users who clicked "Thanks". So perhaps all the peers are offline? I don't know how to diagnose bittorrent.)  I see this is available for direct download http://www.pclinuxos.com/get-pclinuxos/the-full-monty-desktop/ , but given this is 4GB, I hate to put so much load on someone's Internet & servers.

MRWHQO: Searching for the filename in qBittorrent I found only 1 result: https://btdigg.org/search?q=pclinuxos64-kde-fullmonty-2013.08&info_haash=7f342518525ce5747008fea8daaefe9f6dae7bdd (note I was forced to here misspell "hash" as I detail below; to use this URL, correct the spelling); but that's not the same (indeed almost 2x bigger) plus a slightly different name PCLinuxOS-Fullmonty-2013.08 and I don't know where it came from and if to trust it; tried to download it to find more but it also stalled.

MRWHRH: Hope it's not a problem on my end but I have used qBittorrent a lot to download other things no problem, including Fedora 19 ~2 days ago, and as mentioned LibreOffice now.

MRWHRQ: Note viewing this thread http://linuxtracker.org/index.php?page=forum&action=viewtopic&topicid=4589 gave me error quote(Error: You're not authorized to view the Forum) until I created this account & logged in; seems the forum is not publicly accessible, but I see no advantage to that, only disadvantage including confusion, so recommend making it public. Thoughts?

MRWHIN: In posting this, I see this thread (likely forum) has a serious bug (when one encounters it) if if a post contains the string "&info_haash=" but with "hash" property spelled, saving the post will fail (after ~5sec delay) with extremely vague fatal error quote(The following error or errors occurred while posting this message:<br/>Your session timed out while posting. Please try to re-submit your message.). See the workaround I found in point MRWHQO.

LG4OWH: What are these codes as "LG4OWH:" on this point? They're short IDs to date-stamp, uniquely-reference, & portably-track most any point or item http://1.jothere.com/6mp .

MRWSNH: Wondering if it might be my client, I installed the transmission this site recommends, in particular the Windows version http://sourceforge.net/projects/trqtw/files/Transmission-Qt/2.8x/ (64bit) , but it also similarly failed (0 data downloaded), saying (from my log file) "MRWNWH   MRWT11 says   "<p>pclinuxos64-kde-fullmonty-2013.08<br>None of 3.96 GiB (0.0%) - Remaining time unknown<br>tracker gave an error: tracker gave HTTP response code 0 (No Response)</p>""

MRWSSK: to insure this new client was working, I tried a torrent (off of http://spins.fedoraproject.org/kde/#downloads ) and had no problems.

MRWSU5: I began wondering if the problem was with linuxtracker.org. So I then tried downloading, via Transmission-Qt but also qBittorrent, other files from linuxtracker:
*popular files http://linuxtracker.org/index.php?page=toptorrents , but mostly got the site telling me "torrent file missing" -another bug?
*recently uploaded files http://linuxtracker.org/index.php?page=torrents as
**Peppermint-4-20130611-amd64.iso.torrent http://linuxtracker.org/index.php?page=torrent-details&id=d9ad8ef572360c8d84eaad00ab82b0be61f939c9
**zentyal-3.1-1-amd64.iso http://linuxtracker.org/index.php?page=torrent-details&id=0288c4e471a85c0eac5ae668c9f8f78b78d1964a
*Other versions of the software (pclinuxos) I was downloading, notably:
** pclinuxos[32]-kde-fullmonty-2013.08.torrent http://linuxtracker.org/?page=torrent-details&id=b76dd363f98e7fecab7ec34e0b5c8e7d48ac760d
*and they 100% failed with the same error as above.

MRWZ79: Wondering if my ports might be partially blocked (perhaps in some way that would affect linuxtracker but not other sources) I Google Search(what ports is my ISP blocking) and found http://www.zeropaid.com/forum/thread/how-to-find-out-what-ports-my-isp-blocks.19978/#post-246147  ;per that I did a UpnP port scan of myself https://www.grc.com/x/ne.dll?rh1dkyd2 (all ports closed)

MRWZ72: Then at 18:08~, my download pclinuxos64-kde-fullmonty-2013.08 which I started ~1 day ago in qBittorrent just first started actually downloading! (and is still downloading; 64% finished). Doesn't look like I did anything to cause this, so did someone reply to this or similar report above?

MRX21K: I then found my bud, who, per my trouble above, hours earlier I had asked to also download it, reported he downloaded it no problem starting at "4:12:49 PM" with bytes downloading "As soon as I clicked".

MRX4KV :  I am still unable to download Peppermint-4-20130611-amd64.iso.torrent .  In fact, trying to again download the file I'm after (see my 1st post point MRWHQ2), well I can't use qBittorrent as it's already downloading it (slowly), but I just tried in Transmission-Qt (which again works on non-linuxtraker org torrents) but am still getting the same error, so it the fact that it worked this 1time above seems not easily/possibly repeatable..

MRX2A5: So I'm guessing linuxtracker.org's bitTorrrent tracker http://linuxtracker.org:2710 (used in all the .torrent files) is not reliably accessible, at least not from my IP.
