Due to containing a WinPE image, this file has been removed.

We would like to remind you that WinPE recovery disk images are not redistributable, and require a Windows license to use.

What is redistributable is a program to create a WinPE disk image from a user's Windows Install CD and/or files from Microsoft's site.  We will allow distributions of boot disks that contain these programs, so long as they also contain other open-source based recovery utilities.  We cannot however distribute images that contain the WinPE disk image itself.
