I'm very pleased to inform that I released an E-19 PCLOS Brazilian version.
My "official" release note...

The E-19 version was designed for today's computers, netbooks and notebooks. Combines the superior beauty of Enlightenment environment without being heavy and use of computer too many resources. In tests, the E-19 version starts consuming only 132 MB of ram (in a virtual machine).
Comes with a Kernel 3.16.7 and is well up to date with other distros available.

As file manager, PCManFM was chosen for its good performance / resource consumption.

The applications were chosen to consume few resources and perform well even in more modest / netbooks machines.
