The iso is basically the same, it has just been updated from the repo and now has kernel 3.16.4
It also has better support if using music apps with regards certain audio stuff,
which is loaded on booting, as on the e19 musicians iso version. (Specially for corazon)
You may be aware that PCLinuxOS now probably has more e19 themes in the repo than any other distro

I'm using PCLinux right now, it sure has a lot of stuff on it, upgrades just about every day, I feel it's the best out there so far.
