cdimage.debian.org provides torrent for both CD and DVD images. Blu-Ray versions however are only buildable on the fly using the jigdo tool.
While this allows you to grab the latest packages you can also suffer slow packages download speed due busy mirrors.
The file is to be considered for personal use and I don't take any responsability for the usage of this iso files.
