Known Issues
The installer tends to hang retrieving packages when connected to the internet. Disconnecting from the internet before installing is a succesful work around. Disabled opensnap by default as it doesn't play well with virtualbox. It can be reenabled. Nite Lite Switch only works on real hardware/monitor. It will not work in virtual box/emulation. Occasionally the weather app runs out of api weather service queries, usually resolved quickly.
Release Jitters
Releasing any version of LXLE always makes me nervous. I'm just a person not much different than many average users; with a busy schedule as a Desktop Administrator and a young child. LXLE has always been a fun project for me not a life line. I'm very grateful many have enjoyed this project and found it useful for nearly 10 years.
I always consider the OS a job well done if it saves some aging computers from the landfills for a few more years. Enjoy!
