KDE 4.1 Packages for FreeBSD 7 (i386)
=========================

This DVD contains binary packages for a number of applications, intended for installation in FreeBSD 7.0-RELEASE, i386 version. These packages can either be installed manually, or by means of a provided "install-desktop" script in the /scripts directory of this DVD. This script will attempt to automate the installation and it only requires the presense of a base FreeBSD setup (no packages). All the packages have been built on my own dedicated built system directly from the latest available ports. For details on the available packages, read the file /scripts/packages and list the contents of the /packages folder on this DVD.

The packages have been compiled from the Ports Collection (latest versions). The list includes KDE4.1, Xorg, samba, bash and others.
