If you were around over the 4th of July Weekend (which if you're in the states, we hope you weren't) you noticed that the big G had us listed as a potentially harmful site again. We've done some digging and have come to the conclusion that this was the result of an ad from one of the 3rd party ad networks we run on the site. It appears that the ad has been removed from rotation and things are operating solidly again.

We want to let everyone know that we take these things very seriously here at Linuxtracker.org and that we are in the process of updating the code that runs the site to the latest release. It will take some time before everything is running on the new code base, but it will be worth it. The change should be virtually unnoticeable from a user point of view.
